Also, probably the best thing about this - if you load this smoothie bowl up enough, you could totally consider it a meal. Nice cream for breakfast?! BEST. DAY. EVER.
Several scoops of peanut butter, collagen, vegetables (hello cauliflower, I see you, but I don’t taste you!), chia seeds, berries, hemp seeds. Loaded with nourishing fats, protein, easy to digest steamed than frozen vegetables… Sounds like a meal to me.
Maybe you’re allergic to peanut butter (I still love you!), check out my raspberry nice cream recipe! Still so delicious, just without the peanuts that might just harm you. OR, just leave the peanut butter out of this one!
Raspberry Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl or Nice Cream
Serves 2 // Vegan, Paleo, Refined Sugar-Free & No Sugar Added, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Nice Cream Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled, and frozen (230g)
1 cup (100g) steamed then frozen cauliflower (optional)
1 1/2 cups (150g) frozen raspberries
1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
2 Tbs peanut butter
More peanut butter
Using a high powered blender, Magic Bullet, or food processor, blend together all nice cream ingredients. I like to only add as much liquid to the blender or processor to get it going because I like them thick. If you want your smoothie bowl runnier, just add more liquid!
Serve into a bowl or jar and top with any toppings that you like! Suggested ideas are above!
