To allow us to provide you with an accurate quote, we’ll ask you to complete our intake form. Just contact us, and we’ll send it along.

Once you’ve completed the intake form, we’ll get back to you within 2 business days. If we need more information from you, we’ll schedule a 15-minute discovery call to make sure we’re on the same page as your vision.

Each client’s needs are wildly different, so once we learn your goals and vision, we’ll create a detailed custom proposal tailored to meet your requirements.

Pre-Production
Pre-Production

We’ll confirm production timelines, book any necessary creative partners or talent, and dial in mood boards and story boards. If we’re shooting in our studio, we’ll ask you to ship your products to us while we source ingredients, props, and do test run-throughs. We’ll have the shot list approved (or create one for you to approve if we’re handling the art direction). A little (er, *a lot*) of planning helps make a smooth production.

Today’s the day! Depending on the scale of the project, shoots can run between one day or a string of several days. Whether you’re in the studio with us, communicating remotely, or on location, you can sit back and relax while we handle all food, prop and set styling, lighting, producing, directing, and shooting.

Post-Production
Post-Production

Editing is where the magic happens, and it’s all done in-house! Within each project we include full retouching including colour grading, backdrop replacements and removals, composites and more complex photoshop work. For videos, text and graphics can be overlaid, with license free music included if you would like.

Delivery
Delivery

Final assets are delivered via a downloadable WeTransfer link, with one round of revisions included in every project. Images will be delivered in high resolution as well as any additional resolutions requested. Videos will be delivered 4K or 1080p.

All our projects include a complimentary 3 year license for organic social and website usage. If you need any additional commercial, print, or lengthened usage, share the details with us so we can provide options in our quote. If you need more usage down the road, it can always be added on!

What are your rates?

Where are you located?

While we’re located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, we offer our services to clients across Toronto and the GTA, North America, and remotely across the globe. We’ll also travel for an on location project if it’s a good fit!

Do you work with international or domestic brands?

Both! From the comfort of our studio, we’ve created assets for cookbooks, packaging, and ad campaigns for brands, local and all around the world. If you’re a product based brand, and can ship the product to us, we’re good to go! We’ve dialed in our workflow with powerful technology to make working together super easy. You can be in a boardroom across the world approving images while we’re handling all the details in-studio. We also travel locally and across the globe for clients!

Can we hire you as a food stylist and/or photographer for our own production?

Absolutely, yes! You’re the producers, we’re the food, set, and prop stylists, or photographers and videographers you’re looking for from large film productions to local shoots.

Can you shoot on location?

Yes! Restaurants, resorts, wineries, hotels, Toronto studio, local gelato shops, at home Etsy shops… the list goes on.

Can I join you in your studio?

Yes! Let us know if you’re interested in this and we’d love to host you. You can also be tethered into our shoots, so you can feel right there with us if you don’t want to leave the comfort of your home or office.
